Ms. Villemaire visited the Rising Sun Inn recently and enjoyed a tour and got to learn about the Tea and Tour program along with other Inn activities as well as a little bit about the Inn's history. Around the Park: Christmas Events had Special Twists

Ms. Tegler joined local community members and volunteers for a very special afternoon at the Inn celebrating Colonial Christmas in Maryland. The event included historical interpreters, traditional sweets, and children's crafts while colonial music and the 18th century Rising Sun Inn transported visitors to the days of Christmas Past. The Friends of the Rising Sun Inn extend a very special "Thank You" to historical interpreters David, William, and Paul of Colonial Tours of Annapolis who made the afternoon both wonderful and educational.
